CEO & Founder
Anna Goodwin founded a dating service to help people find love and build lasting relationships. Seeing so many people struggle, going on date after date or watching relationships fall apart without knowing why, she realized something fundamental was missing. She created the Timaci Method™ to help people achieve relationship success.
Julia Schiptsova
Vice President, Timaci Events
Julia Schiptsova holds a master’s degree from George Mason University and has organized more than 100 events. She is recognized for producing major tango-industry events across multiple cities, including one of Baltimore’s largest tango events.

Technology Advisor & Fractional CTO
Yakov Keselman, PhD, is a technology advisor and Fractional CTO with experience in machine learning, AI, data science, and software engineering. His work spans natural language processing, computer vision, and health technology. At Tanoia, he advises on technical strategy and the development of the Timaci API.
