Kathleen Piper
COO & Co-Founder
Kathleen Piper, a finance and marketing executive, and education advocate, came out of retirement to help Anna scale the Timaci Method. She is committed to the mission of teaching people how to build healthy relationships to reduce suffering from broken relationships and loneliness in the modern world.
Kathleen’s marketing leadership roles at Kellogg’s spanned the Frozen Foods, Ready-to-Eat Cereal, and Snack Divisions, where she managed billion-dollar portfolios and sizable marketing budgets, restored flagship brands like Eggo and Frosted Flakes to growth, and launched high- impact innovations such as Special K Breakfast Sandwich Flatbreads and Right Bites 100-calorie snacks tailored to emerging health and wellness trends.
She also drove growth and premiumization at Snapple as Commercial Director for the tea and juice drink portfolio, using consumer segmentation and a three-tier strategy to launch super-premium and mainstream teas that expanded margins and share.
Early in her career, Kathleen built a strong financial and capital-markets foundation in banking, serving as Investor Relations Manager at Home City Savings Bank, where she supported the IPO and ongoing communications for the newly public company, and later as Corporate Secretary and Assistant Vice President at Skaneateles Bank.
This early experience in investor relations, regulatory disclosure, and conversion to a public company sharpened her skills in financial storytelling, governance, and stakeholder management, which she has since leveraged in leading investor presentations, preparing companies for sale, and partnering effectively with executive teams and boards.
Educational Background
Kathleen holds an M.B.A., Cum Laude, from the University of Notre Dame and a B.S. in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and she has completed digital marketing programs and certifications from Kellogg School of Business, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. Her work has been recognized with multiple industry awards, including the Gold Pencil for Snapple’s “Return the Favor” campaign, an Effie for the Special K “Breakfast Revelation,” and several internal excellence and collaboration awards at Kellogg and Cadbury.
